Dr. Redd has been ordained and licensed as a minister since October 1985. He has performed numerous wedding and funeral services. He is certified as an Anger Management Specialist (C.A.M.S.), License Minister (L.M.) Board Certified Ordain Minister (B.C.O.M.) He's also experienced in Individual, Family and Group Counseling.  He started working in the counseling field in 1998. He graduated with his Bachelor Degree in Art from Illinois State University in May of 1983; He received his Master Degree from Eastern Illinois University in Educational Psychology Guidance Counseling in December of 1997. And finally he received his Doctorate Degree from Andersonville Theological Seminar in May of 2009, in Christian Counseling.  Dr. Redd has worked in the field of Addiction for over ten years.  He is also published author, in which he has published two books. "Joseph, from the Pit to the Palace" was his first book. Followed by his second book "God's Instructions for Christian Men".  He has several other books that he has completed, but has not yet published them.  He is no longer working in the field of addiction, but working his ministry to get it off the ground. Also, in his own business beside the ministry he has his own business, which is "Retirement Builders, LLC., He is the CEO/President of the Business and a Certified Private Money Broker and is a License and Patent Inventor of the WR Scaffold the world first scaffold that has steps and a gate.
